We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

To initiate a return or refund, email us at relieve.online@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us at relieve.online@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery
  • You are entitled to a full refund or free replacement — your choice
  • No return shipping required for defective or incorrect items — you keep the item
  • Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue

Non-Quality Returns (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return an item that is not defective:

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Return address will be provided upon authorization — we work with international fulfillment partners
  • Refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • Email us at relieve.online@gmail.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery
  • We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement — no need to return the damaged item

Non-Delivery / Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within 45 days of the shipment date:

  • We will issue a full refund or reship your order at no additional cost
  • Please note: international shipments may take longer due to customs processing

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account

Situations Where Refunds May Not Apply

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following situations:

  • Customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Package was refused at delivery without prior authorization from us
  • Item was returned without obtaining a Return Authorization first
  • Request is made more than 30 days after the delivery date
