We want to get your Relevia device to you as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum order value required. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you within 3 business days of your order being shipped. Use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery status. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Where We Ship From

We ship from international fulfillment warehouses to ensure faster processing and lower costs. Your package may ship from overseas. This does not affect your order guarantee, tracking, or refund eligibility.

Customs and Import Duties

For US orders, no customs fees apply. For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be applied by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Non-Delivery Policy
